How do we decide which Denver, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs communities to write about?
At Colorado New Home Specialists, our commitment to total client/customer satisfaction is paramount. One of the largest factors in a successful home ownership experience clearly starts with the selection of the community and the builder. As a result, we feel that it is critical for us to be intimately familiar with the neighborhoods and builders in our service areas of Denver, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. Therefore, we visit a wide range of communities on an ongoing basis and continually research an array of competitive factors. When we visit communities and/or builders that we feel are making positive contributions to the Front Range Real Estate Market, we write articles about those communities and builders. We write all of the content ourselves and we have received no compensation from anyone in exchange for our articles, perspectives or statements.
